Branding and visual identity design process by Flowora Creative Lab, including logo design and color palette development

How We Work:

We begin with a discovery phase to understand your brand, goals, target audience, and expectations. This step sets the foundation for all creative decisions.

What happens here:

  • Brand goals & vision discussion
  • Target audience & positioning
  • References, preferences, and constraints,
  • Project scope & timeline alignment

Based on the brief, we develop multiple initial logo and visual direction concepts.
This stage allows us to explore different creative approaches before narrowing down the final direction.

What you receive:

  • Multiple logo concepts
  • Different visual styles or creative directions
  • Clear concept explanations

You select the concept that best aligns with your brand.
From there, we refine and develop that direction in detail.

This phase includes:

  • Design refinement based on your feedback
  • Visual consistency improvements
  • Color, typography, and proportion adjustments

Each branding and logo project includes up to 3 revision rounds.
Revisions focus on improving the selected concept rather than introducing entirely new directions.

This ensures:

  • Clear creative focus
  • Efficient progress
  • High-quality final results

Once the design is approved, we prepare and deliver all final assets in the required formats.

Final delivery includes:

  • Logo files for digital and print use
  • Color codes and typography details
  • Brand-ready assets for immediate use

How We Work:

We start by understanding your product, users, and objectives. This phase helps define the structure, functionality, and direction of the digital experience.

We map user flows and create wireframes to establish a clear and functional foundation before moving into visual design.

We map user flows and create wireframes to establish a clear and functional foundation before moving into visual design.

Depending on the project scope, meetings are held on a biweekly or monthly basis. Each page includes up to four major revision requests.

Once approved, we deliver developer-ready design files, components, and documentation to support a smooth implementation process.

How We Work:

At this stage, we request the following information:

  • Product type (supplement, cosmetic, medical device, etc.)
  • Target market (US / EU / UK, etc.)
  • Whether you have an existing manufacturer
  • Ingredient list and formulation (if available)
  • Whether the product has been previously registered with the FDA

If you come with your own selected manufacturer, we align directly with the existing manufacturer, and all label and packaging requirements are structured according to their specifications.

If you do not have a selected manufacturer, we can recommend FDA-registered and GMP-certified manufacturers we collaborate with and closely oversee the process. The final manufacturer selection remains the client’s responsibility.

Once the selected manufacturer provides the dieline required to properly place the design, we move into the stage where everything you see on the packaging comes to life. At this point, we request a barcode for your product. All remaining elements are prepared by our designer in full alignment with FDA requirements.

Once the design is approved by our client, it is shared with the manufacturer for review. Printing, filling, and machine compatibility are checked, and technical revisions are made if necessary. We act as a bridge between the client and the manufacturer throughout this stage. After the manufacturer’s approval, the final print-ready files are delivered to both the client and the manufacturer.

This stage is not the responsibility of Flowora Creative Lab. However, we monitor the process on behalf of the client, provide technical support, and assist with fast design revisions if needed. Production, filling, packaging, and logistics are handled directly between the manufacturer and the client.

Social media content system design showing visual posts, engagement interactions, and creative content organization

How We Work:

We begin by defining the scope of the project. At this stage, we clarify how many posts are required for the month, which platforms will be used, and the overall content direction.

At this stage, we determine:

  • Monthly number of posts
  • Target platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Content themes and visual direction
  • Whether static designs or motion/video content are required

Important note:
Flowora Creative Lab focuses on design systems and visual content design. Video editing is not included by default. If video content is required, we can help coordinate with a trusted video editor or collaborate with a professional provided by the client.

Based on the approved scope, we design the full set of social media posts for the month using a consistent and scalable visual system. Monthly designs are prepared as a complete set. All designs are delivered one week before the start of the month. This allows time for review, feedback, and scheduling.

After delivery, a one-week revision period begins. Feedback is collected and applied within this timeframe. Once approved, final assets are delivered and ready for use.
