The free 20-minute design consultation is a discovery session where we discuss your goals, challenges, and project needs. It helps us understand your vision and determine the best design approach for your brand.

Then, what is next?

After the meeting, we will get back to you with our offer that fits your budget through your preferred channel. Once you provide us with a 60% deposit, we will begin working on your project.

How does payment work?

We accept payments in both euros (EUR) and US dollars (USD). Pricing may vary depending on the selected currency. We aim to offer the most suitable package based on your project scope and budget. Payments can be completed securely through the payment system on our website. No payment information is stored on our servers.

How long does a typical project take?

Project timelines vary depending on scope and complexity. After the initial consultation, we provide a clear timeline tailored to your specific project needs.

Do you handle the production of FDA-approved supplements?

Flowora Creative Lab does not directly manufacture supplements. However, when a client requires support beyond design, we can manage and coordinate the process together with our trusted partner companies. We handle the design, FDA-compliant label and packaging development, and oversee the process, while production, filling, printing, and packaging are carried out by our partner manufacturers. Shipping and logistics are managed by the client.

Which printing companies do you work with for print materials?

Flowora Creative Lab does not work with a single fixed printing company. For print projects such as catalogs or brochures, we prepare print-ready designs and coordinate with a printing provider selected by the client, preferably one located close to them. This approach ensures cost efficiency, faster delivery, and smoother logistics.
